We do not offer returns due to the nature of sealed product in the industry. Though, if a product arrives damaged or different than described, email us and we will remedy the issue. Cancellations can be done prior to shipment of ordered product, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. The fee amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover the processing fee we are charged when the transaction is made. Email nicoandnovanovelties@gmail.com with "CANCEL ORDER #..." as the subject line.

Please read before placing a pre-order:  When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Nico & Nova Novelties, all other items will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all of the other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially refunded or partially cancelled. Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Credit Card/Paypal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Email nicoandnovanovelties@gmail.com with "CANCEL ORDER #..." as the subject line.
